A follow-up that repeats the agreement — all of it, only it

Follow up trial lessons and placement tests without committing the school — the message repeats only the levels, prices and class times actually agreed. The risk in a trial-lesson follow-up is rarely the tone. It is the sentence that upgrades a maybe into a commitment: a level the placement test did not confirm, a price from a different course, a class time nobody offered. The follow-up prompt drafts from three separate buckets of fact — and the source check keeps them separate.

Three buckets, kept apart

A sentence may only draw on the bucket it belongs to. Attendance never proves a level; a course description never proves a price was quoted to this learner.

The message those buckets produce

STATUS: READY
MESSAGE:
Hi Sam, thank you for joining the trial conversation lesson. Our adult conversation course focuses on speaking activities. Please reply if you have any questions about the course.
SOURCE CHECK:
- Attendance: LEARNER_FACTS.
- Course scope: COURSE_FACTS.
- Next step: CONFIRMED_NEXT_STEP.

Sample data above is fictional, shown so you can judge the output before buying.

The message is short because the facts are narrow: thanks for the trial, what the course focuses on, an invitation to ask questions. The source check underneath names its three sources — attendance, course scope, next step — so the coordinator reviewing the draft can verify each line against the bucket it came from.

When the next step is not confirmed, nothing is sent

If the next step is unconfirmed, or the facts conflict — the placement result says one level, the trial notes imply another — the output switches to HOLD questions instead of a message. The follow-up waits a day rather than committing the school to something it has not agreed, and the draft that does go out is still a draft: written for the coordinator's review, never sent by the tool.

Questions

Does it fill in missing details?

No — its instructions prohibit inventing details and require flags for uncertainty; AI output can still be wrong, so you must review it.

Do I need a paid add-on, API, or connected account?

No — you need access to a compatible AI chat; access limits and any chat-service charges depend on that provider.

Is the draft ready to send or publish without review?

No — the status and source checks are intended to support human verification first.
