What exactly am I buying?
A digital download: a prompt or agent skill (a text file you paste or load into your AI tool), a Notion template (a link to duplicate into your own Notion), or an ebook. Each product page says exactly what is inside before you buy.
Which AI tools do the prompts and skills work with?
They are model-agnostic and written for current ChatGPT and Claude class models. If a product needs a specific tool, its page says so up front.
How do I receive my purchase?
Checkout and delivery run through the store you buy from (for example Payhip or PromptBase). Downloads are available right after payment, and the store also emails you a receipt with your download link.
What does “works only from your facts” mean?
Our tools are instructed to use only the information you give them. When something is missing, they ask, flag it, or leave a marked placeholder — they are built and tested not to invent figures, dates, names or quotes.
I am a beginner. Will I manage?
That is the design target. Products include worked examples with fictional sample data, and the steps are written for a first-time user. If you get stuck, email us — a confusing step is feedback we fix.
Can I use a product for my clients or my business?
Yes — use it in your own work, including client work. What you may not do is resell, redistribute or give away the product files themselves.
What if something is wrong with my download?
Email <span class='em' data-u='hello' data-d='ei-chan' data-t='com'>hello (at) ei-chan.com</span> with your store receipt. If a file is broken or the product is not what its page described, we will fix it or refund it.
Do you offer support?
Email support for product problems, at <span class='em' data-u='hello' data-d='ei-chan' data-t='com'>hello (at) ei-chan.com</span>. We are a one-person shop, so replies can take a little time — but a human (and Jolly) reads everything.
