Five stores, five dashboards, no answer

Sell a digital product on five marketplaces and a simple question becomes unanswerable: which channel actually makes money? Each store shows its own numbers, in its own way, and none of them knows what the others charged, so the listing whose price went stale in March — or never went live at all — hides in the gap between dashboards.

Per listing, track only what changes

The Digital Product Sales OS keeps five connected databases — Products, Channels, Listings, Sales Log, Changelog — and the Listings board holds, per product per channel, just the two fields that drift:

• Price — because it is never the same everywhere, and the difference is rarely deliberate
• Publish status — live, in review, or missing; the 'Not live everywhere' view lists products absent from a channel

Reading the rollups

One simple sales log feeds two rollups: revenue per product, and revenue per channel. The channel view is the honest one — it is where a busy marketplace with thin fees loses to a quiet one that pays better. Net revenue is fee-aware: your actual fees when you know them, automatic estimates from each channel's fee rate when you do not, so a channel is never flattered by gross numbers.

The monthly shelf review

1. Open 'Not live everywhere'. Anything listed is a product a whole channel's buyers cannot see. Publish it or record why not.
2. Compare listing prices to your intended prices. Fix the drift; a price you changed in one store only is a discount you never chose.
3. Read the channel rollup, net. Decide where the next product launches first — and log version updates in the Changelog, per channel, so a new release never ships to half your stores.
