Approval Nudge — Terms of Service

The service

Approval Nudge is a Freshservice app published by Eichan. It scans pending approvals on your Freshservice tickets and changes, sends reminders and escalation flags according to the settings your admin chooses, warns before a change's planned start, and delivers a daily digest to your configured recipient, as described on the Approval Nudge page.

License

Your subscription through the Freshworks Marketplace licenses your Freshservice account to install and use the app for that account's own service-desk work. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to provide a competing service.

Billing

The price is US$25 per month, per account. Subscriptions, payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Freshworks under the Freshworks Marketplace's own terms; Eichan does not process your payment and never sees your payment details.

Acceptable use

Install and use the app only on Freshservice accounts you are authorised to administer.
Do not use the app to send notifications that harass, spam or mislead recipients.
You are responsible for the thresholds and recipient you configure — reminders and notes the app sends follow your settings.

No guaranteed outcomes

The app sends reminders and flags; whether an approval is then given, and how quickly, is up to the people involved. The app does not guarantee that any approval will be decided, or decided by any particular time. You are responsible for checking that the app's actions fit your own approval processes.

Service provided “as is”

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eichan's total liability arising from the app is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
